The Operations Manager is responsible for the coordinating all onsite operations to ensure high standard of program and operational excellence for the JA TowneBank Opportunity HQ. The 30,000 sq. ft facility that aims to serve 15,000+ local students annually with authentic, relevant, and experiential financial capability programs that combine in-class curriculum with a capstone simulation. The JA Opportunity HQ serves as a hub of frequent business and community events in connection with the significant corporate partners involved in the initiative statewide.
The Specialist, Marketing will have prior experience with a broad range of marketing functions, including communications, branding, digital marketing, and social media. Under direction from the Senior Director, Marketing he/she will be responsible for supporting the overall marketing and communications strategy for the organization. This is a cross-functional position that provide direct support to the JA team.
The Specialist, Marketing also plays a mentorship role to marketing volunteers and interns, assisting in the execution of their duties and aiding in their career development by providing leadership and training.
The Database Manager is accountable for effectively maintaining the constituent management database in support of JA’s programs and activities. This position will standardize and continually enrich the information available to JA about its constituents, ensuring correct entry in the database and supporting regular auditing to ensure data integrity. The Database Manager will be able to effectively capture, retrieve, calculate and report data to help identify and address operational challenges that relate to the CRM system.
The Volunteer Impact Manager serves as a critical member of the Fund Development Team and is responsible for managing the overall volunteerism program at Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas. In collaboration with both development and program team members, the Volunteer Impact Manager oversees the creation, recruitment, and management of an extensive and dynamic volunteer program that supports the delivery of all curriculums across our area footprint. Responsibilities also include cultivating and stewarding new and existing volunteer resource providers.
