Database Manager

Title: Database Manager
Area: JA Central Carolinas
Reports to: Senior Director, Development
Status: Full-Time, Salaried


Impact

The Database Manager is accountable for effectively maintaining the constituent management database in support of JA’s programs and activities. This position will standardize and continually enrich the information available to JA about its constituents, ensuring correct entry in the database and supporting regular auditing to ensure data integrity. The Database Manager will be able to effectively capture, retrieve, calculate and report data to help identify and address operational challenges that relate to the CRM system.

Development Manager

Impact

The Development Manager assist in all aspects of advancing the organization’s fund development strategy with particular focus on the design, development and implementation of the investor program by performing the following duties. Specifically, responsible for prospecting through strong discovery, securing appointments with key decision makers and closing investment.

Capstone Assistant

Title: Capstone Assistant
Area: JA Central Carolinas
Reports to: Capstone Associate
Status: Part-Time, Hourly


Impact

Responsible for leading daily operations and logistics for JA BizTown and JA Finance Park onsite student experiences at the TowneBank Opportunity Headquarters. The HQ is a 30,000 sq. ft facility that has the potential to serve 30,000 students annually with financial literacy programs that combine in-class curriculum with a capstone simulation. This position is an integral part to the strategic priorities of JACC for growth and expansion, while providing authentic learning experiences for students that aligns to state standards and teach the principles of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and work and career readiness.
