The North Carolinas Business Hall of Fame honors prestigious leaders who have dedicated their careers to helping maintain a vibrant community. Each year since 1987, Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas hosts a celebration inducting new Laureates. Selected for their integrity, leadership, and contribution to North Carolina's economic landscape, each Laureate embodies an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven by purposeful impact within their community.

The 2023 Laureates are Andrea Smith, former Chief Administrative Officer and current Alumni Network Chair for Bank of America and Michael Marsicano, President and CEO of Foundation For The Carolinas.
