The North Carolina Business Hall of Fame honors prestigious leaders who have dedicated their careers to helping maintain a vibrant community. Each year since 1987, Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas hosts a celebration inducting new Laureates. Selected for their integrity, leadership, and contribution to North Carolina's economic landscape, each Laureate embodies an entrepreneurial spirit and is driven by purposeful impact within their community.

The 2024 Laureates are Kieth Cockrell, President of Bank of America Charlotte, and Pat Rodgers, CEO at Rodgers Builders, Inc.

The North Carolina Business Hall of Fame Laureates have made legendary contributions to the community and are part of a league of outstanding individuals. Through their actions and accomplishments, the Laureates provide inspiration for the next generation of business and community leaders.
